Gift Packages and Gift Vouchers
You may make purchases from the Lancemore Group website for another person or yourself. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid credit/debit card and an email address. Please note that any item purchased from Lancemore Group, including but not limited to gift vouchers, event tickets, products and other services, are not transferable for cash. All purchases are available subject to availability.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the recorded purchase date. We are unable to extend the validity of purchased Gift Vouchers or Gift Packages.
Gift Vouchers and Gift Packages will only be honoured by presenting the original certificate at the hotel upon arrival.
When redeeming accommodation Gift Vouchers or Gift Packages, a credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required upon arrival at the hotel as a guarantee for any incidental charges consumed during your stay. Any incidentals or facilities used during the stay or redemption of the certificate, not specified on the certificate, will be charged and must be settled upon departure from the hotel.
From time to time we will introduce special offers, rewards, Gift Vouchers and Gift Packages, which may be subject to specific terms and conditions not specified here.
Delivery of Gift Vouchers and Gift Packages
By default, all Gift Vouchers and Gift Packages will be sent via email as an electronic, customised and printable PDF attachment. The purchaser may select to have the email sent to themselves or directly to the gift recipient.
Orders placed on after 10am on Fridays and anytime on weekends or public holidays will be despatched the next business day.
If you have not received your certificate within the expected time frame please contact us so we can investigate.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you receive the incorrect product, please notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to the Lancemore Group property which they were delivered from.
If products are damaged when they arrive to you, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by email at firstname.lastname@example.org,au or by calling +61 3 8616 0534.
Returns based on change of mind are not accepted. We can only process products purchased from Lancemore.com.au and provide advice on products available on our website.

All wine orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If no one is home to accept the delivery, Australia Post will leave a card informing you of wines available for collection at your post office. Australia Post will not leave the wines unattended as they follow responsible conduct law.
Delivery times made known to you are estimates only and the Lancemore Group is not liable for any late delivery or non-delivery.
The Lancemore Group is not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to you or any other person claiming through you arising from late or non-delivery of the wine ordered.
Should you receive a case of wine that appears to have been damaged in transit we will provide you a replacement, or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. Should you receive a product that is different to what you ordered then we will provide you a replacement (if product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund.
