Featuring Beef Brisket, Blackened Chicken and Gourmet Sausages from Kilmore’s The Meat Room, Rainbow Trout caught fresh on the property, seasonal sides, crispy Sweet Potato Fries and a selection of one-of-a-kind condiment infusions - from smooth Bruichladdich, peated Port Charlotte and extra smokey Octomore whiskey to dry Botanist gin!
