STARTING FRESH

At Lancemore, we always strive to make you feel at home. Our wonderful housekeeping and maintenance staff are back at property, working through a deep clean of all guest and staff spaces. Clear signage is in place to guide you on hygiene and social distancing throughout your visit and we have increased the cleaning frequency of all guest touchpoints, including sanitizing spaces between individual guest use.

YOUR ARRIVAL

On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our team. In our efforts to protect you, your fellow guests and our team, we will guide you through use of the hand sanitizer stations and a reduced contact check in before you’re ready to relax and explore.

YOUR ROOM

A clean restful space to cocoon away. When you arrive at your room, rest assured every precaution has been taken to clean and sanitize all surfaces. We have removed all single use items such as pens, notepads, and compendiums, and have provided you with sanitizing wipes to put you at ease. All rooms feature a private ensuite bathroom, in-room working desk, generous views and many offer direct access to our expansive grounds.

DINING

A quiet space to get lost in conversation. Breakfast in bed. A private dining room for your party of six. Picnics amongst vines. No queues. Bookings at your preferred times… We have reinvented our dining experiences in line with 1.5m spacing and density requirements from local and national government authorities and there is much to delight!

OUR TEAM

Our team are the heartbeat of Lancemore Hotels and we are always available before, during and after your stay should you have any questions or special requests. To protect the wellbeing of our guests and teammates, we are committed to staying at home if even slightly unwell. All staff members and suppliers will be temperature checked before entering any of our hotels, practice the highest level of hygiene and maintain a safe 1.5m distance. On returning to work, each staff member will be provided with necessary personal protective equipment, a copy of Covid-19 government guidelines and are required to undertake comprehensive new health and safety training.
