This New Year's Eve, join us in the heart of Red Hill for an unmissable progressive degustation dinner by Executive Chef David Green.
Gather a group to enjoy welcome drinks on a balmy summer's evening in the vineyard, accompanied by a seafood bar and charcuterie to graze. Then, take a seat in the newly refurbished Dining Room and indulge in a three-course meal featuring seared scallops, Balmain bug and pancetta bisque and succulent duck breast with elderberry glaze. Dessert and cheese course will be served under the stars as you count down to the new year.
