With menus prepared by Executive Chef Adam Beckett your Christmas lunch will be a feast of seasonal produce - hand-selected, locally sourced and infused with a fun and creative flare.
Unique dining options include a five course degustation at The Dining Room, comprised of whiting with dashi and Peninsula shiitake, smoked Wagyu beef tartare, Western plains confit pork belly, free range turkey, and sticky date pudding.
Alternatively, there is the family-friendly Lindenderry Lakeview Christmas Lunch featuring seafood, roasted meats such as free range turkey, glazed Christmas ham, and roasted pasture fed beef sirloin, followed by Christmas pudding, summer pudding and chocolate yule log.
The Lindenderry Lakeview Christmas Lunch starts at $190 per person for adults with a welcome drink on arrival, $74 for children aged 5-12, while children under 5 eat free from a selected menu.
Prices for the 5-course degustation are $295 per person including matched wines, or $230 without matched wines. Please note, there is no children's menu available in The Dining Room on Christmas Day.
