This Father’s Day, treat Dad to an unforgettable family lunch by revered Executive Chef David Green in Joseph’s Restaurant at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.
Join us for a four course menu of Kingfish sashimi, charred tomatillo, jalapeno gazpacho and mint, followed by Charcuterie, terrine, pate, rillettes and pickles with freshly baked breads, a main of Dry aged pasture fed Scotch fillet, crisp Larence river prawn, watercress and sauce bearnaise, and delicious Apple Tarte-tatin, clotted cream for dessert.
Prior to David Green’s success overseeing a new direction for The Dining Room at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill, he spent the last thirteen years at Lake House Daylesford awarded Two Hats under his helm and working in Europe at One, Two and Three Michelin starred restaurants, including the hotels and restaurants of the Roux brothers, Albert and Michael, who held Two and three Michelin stars between them.
