OUR WINEMAKERS
Working with some of Australia's most acclaimed winemakers several who hail from our local red hill wineries, we choose each based on their specialty. Lindsay McCall of Paringa Estate is responsible for our award winning Pinot Noir, Sandro Moselle is responsible for our Chardonnay and Allan Cooper of Cobaw Ridge is responsible for the Pinot Rose, while David Cowburn and his team at Kilchurn specialise in crafting our traditional 'Methode Champenoise' sparkling.
