Thank you so much for all of your help organising our wedding. The day turned out to be so amazing, the ceremony was lovely, the weather, the reception lunch was beautiful, I can not complain about anything. It was a perfect day, I am one very happy bride.
Graham and I would like to say thank you for being so professional and organised, it made the day so stress free having you around, you really are fantastic at what you do.
The food at lunch was absolutely amazing and everyone was so happy with everything, the waitresses were lovely and very helpful. Our stay at the mansion was perfect and we will be coming back each year to celebrate our anniversary.
I will email you some photos once they come through.

I just wanted to say, you are the best!! And all the staff at the Mansion ie. Kelly, Cody and the other girls and guys were outstanding. Our family and guests were so impressed and were complementing everything and everyone to the highest degree. Their attention to detail was impeccable from remembering how John's dad liked his coffee to assisting everyone including us at check-out the next morning. John and I are so happy with everything, we cannot thank-you enough.
Thank you also for your gorgeous gift. We will be sure to choose one of our favorite pictures from the day to put in there for display.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to you and your team at the Werribee Mansion Hotel. My husband and I had our wedding on the 1st of October at the Mansion and then our reception was in the Pavilion.
The whole event was truly magical and went without a hitch. Chloe was my main contact and she was extremely efficient and very helpful and made the whole day run very smoothly. Kristy and her team in the Spa were exemplary and my guests were all delighted with the treatments that they received. Kelly was heading up the reception and nothing was too much trouble for her and her team. They silently moved amongst my guests delivering fantastic array of food and topping up drinks completely unnoticed. And, finally the food was amazing and all my guests complimented the menu and quality of the food.
A wedding is a very special time in a girl's life and when you invite your guests you want everything to be perfect and everyone to have a fantastic time, something that everyone will be talking about for months to come. My guests have all commented on the beauty of the location, the quality of the food and the service that they received and I am so proud that I chose to share my special day at the Mansions Hotel.
As you may or may not know I am a Trainer and I deliver customer service, I must say that I cannot commend you and your team highly enough for their diligence and professionalism at all times.
I wish you and your organization luck in the future and I would be glad to give a recommendation to anyone in the future.

On the day of our wedding, the entire hotel staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Having a dedicated staff member for you to help organise and remind you of timing, etc on the wedding was fantastic. The reception was also great. Food was excellent and our glasses were never empty. Our guests were also impressed with the level of service and the food. At the end of the reception, we were also surprised with a couple of unexpected gifts from the Hotel.
Great food, great venue (lots to do for guests between ceremony and reception), and excellent service. We couldn’t have hoped for a better wedding. I highly recommend Mansion Hotel & Spa as wedding and reception venue.

We had such an amazing day, it was better than I could've imagined.
Thank you so much for all the support leading up to the wedding. Every little detail was handled amazingly and the staff on the the day really impressed both Pete and I. I was particularly impressed with the staff member who looked after us during photos and the one who was looking after us during the reception. They got me water, brought our toasting flutes mid speech, dimmed the lights, retrieved the throw away bouquet ... the list goes on.
The food also blew us away. It was delicious during the tasting, but unbelievable on the night. I've heard nothing but compliments.
I don't think we can express our thanks enough.
