Set in a magnificent 30 acre estate amid gardens, lawns and a vineyard, Lindenderry at Red Hill has a relaxed, indulgent air and simply breathes understated elegance. There are just 40 guestrooms, each individually decorated, with spa baths and open fires in premium rooms. Each room reveals its own view, of private courtyards or the exquisite gardens and vineyards surrounding our Mornington Peninsula hotel.
Throughout the hotel and gardens is an eclectic collection of art works, antiques, artifacts and sculpture, all showing the discerning eye of Jan Clark, an interior and landscape designer, who is a director, owner and designer of the property.
Linden Tree Restaurant
The dining experience has been just as thoughtfully planned, with the Linden Tree fine dining restaurant, a flower-filled dining courtyard overlooking the gardens and a welcoming cellar door which also serves antipasto and cheese platters. Guest lounges and a library with open fires and supremely comfortable leather sofas provide perfect retreats for reflection, reading or quiet conversation.
